Wildfire from the West to the East of Europe

Fire-fighters have managed to contain some of the blazes in Portugal but others are still out of control.



In the Chuvashia republic in central Russia, the fire has come up dangerously close to the capital Cheboksary. About 500 people were evacuated out of safety considerations. Fire fighters are doing all they can to keep the fire from reaching the city.
