Here's a look at the newest build of the Windows Phone 7 operating system, build 6414. Microsoft says that this build is very close to what we'll see what devices start shipping Fall 2010. The overall speed of the operating system has been increased, the buttons have better fit and finish, and it's overall a better experience.
